Application

This Hammer Metal Shredding Line is used for processing the waste car bodies, waste household electrical appliances, motorcycles, bicycle racks, color steel and iron sheets, etc., to make the waste material becomes the qualified charging raw material of fine steel smelting. With fast rotating of hammer,the hammering force on the scrap will remove oil, plastic and paint, thereby improving the quality of the incoming charging, increasing the bulk density of the scrap, and facilitating transportation.

Material suitable and unsuitable for shredding

Suitable:Waste car body (removing engine, reducer, large shaft and fuel tank), household appliances, motorcycles and bicycles, shelves, trucks, fences, and other similar scrap irons with a thickness of less than 6mm,bales with size less than 350*350*1000mm.

Unsuitable:Materials with bigger size than the feeding gate, solid hard steel, shaft, steel plate steel with a thickness more than 6mm, oversized bales, and for above materials shredded forced, may cause damage to the equipment or motor overload.
